Welcome

Chez Collins is our lovingly restored vigneron's house, nestled at the foothills of the Montagne Noir, surrounded by rolling vineyards and historic wine domains in the heart of the Minervois. Built of warm local stone and carefully restored, the house blends heritage and comfort. Thick stone walls, soft natural light and elegant touches create a space that is timeless, serene and welcoming. Every detail reflects craftsmanship authenticity and respect for the past.

At Chez Collins, we are a husband-and -wife team. We enjoy a healthy active lifestyle, and we are both experienced fitness trainers.We invite our guests to experience great cycling and hiking routes or scenic strolls, in this beautiful region. Home cooked meals, local wine and time to unwind at your own pace, slow down and savour the art of living in the south of France.
